This program is designed for first-time skiers or snowboarders and limited to Utah residents. A $25 program fee gets each participant an afternoon lesson, lift access and equipment rental. StartNOW participants can then choose any combination of the following options for up to four more times — ski or snowboard rental, afternoon ski or snowboard lesson and lift access.
StartNOW runs through April 10, but participants must have the first lesson before March 27. Lessons are not available Dec. 18-Jan. 7 or Feb. 19-27.
